INCENTIVE:Leo is desperate to save Mia, a member of his synth family who was kidnapped and reprogrammed, from the "Anita" program that has taken hold of her. Under the condition that she will be freed and returned to her normal self, as well as the assurance that in his absence the other members of his family will be safe, Leo would agree to volunteer his time in Eudio for a while.
FIT:Leo has a complicated relationship with affection and intimacy with humans -- as his family is comprised of synths, who he has always been openly affectionate with because he relates to them more than he relates to humans. Most of his issues with non-synths stem from his relationship with his parents: his mother, whom was mentally ill and unable to care for him (hence the creation of Mia, his conscious synth caretaker); and his father, who cared more for his work than his son (until Leo died and his father was desperate to bring him back using synth technology).
His synth brothers and sisters have always been there for him, and while he understands human intimacy, due to his circumstances of essentially being a fugitive since his father's death, Leo has never had the time or luxury (or particular desire) to pursue relationships outside of his familial ones. Having outside attachments has always been dangerous for him, so here, in a place he isn't being hunted, romance will be something he'll finally be able to explore, should he wish to, and casual physical intimacies like handholding and hugging wouldn't be an issue for him, but it would take him time to warm up to ... basically anyone.
However, despite his general lack of faith and trust in humans, he will realize Eudio doesn't pose a threat to him, and that will help him to loosen up.
CONSENT:Having grown up around conscious synths for most of his life, he's seen what happens when consent is taken away, and upon discovering his father hid the secret to giving synths consciousness in his and his siblings' base code, he's been adamant about unlocking the secret to finally give synths free will and the ability to make informed decisions outside of their programmed code. He believes that everyone should have the ability to choose and dictate their own life and he is fully capable of respecting those choices. (Unless, of course, those choices involves murder (looking at you, Niska), in which case he's not too keen on that.)

ANYTHING ELSE?Leo, being half-synth, would require the capability to charge via any electrical outlet using a cord similar to that of a phone charger (with a USB adapter) crossed with a jumper cable. He doesn't plug in like normal synths; instead, there is a wire found under a patch of broken skin on his left side he hooks up to in order to charge. He can go longer than full synths without charging, but it is still a necessary capability for him to have in order to be fully functional. This cable would also allow him to interface with computers, should he choose to do so.
